Dylan, from Year 5, was hugely excited to meet Cressida Cowell at the Budleigh Literary Festival. He found Cressida totally inspiring. She spoke about the importance of reading and writing for the joy of it. She spoke about how she came up with her ideas, and even made a personal recommendation to Dylan that he might enjoy the Percy Jackson books. We hope that Dylan feels inspired by meeting his literary hero. We hope to see him leading his own session at a literary festival one day!
