The Role of the Tutor We pride ourselves on excellent provision and standards of care at St
Peter's and our system of Tutors enables us to monitor closely each
pupil to ensure his or her happiness and continuing development.

Healthy Eating We want the children to adopt good table manners and healthy eating
habits and so staff eat their meals at the table with the children and
we encourage them to try new foods. We use fresh meat and
vegetables every day and children can choose healthier options as their
main course and fruit as a pudding.

Weekly Menus Menus are carefully devised to take into account the seasons - we try to use local produce wherever possible - salt, sugar and fat content and, of course, taste (very important). There is a four week rotation after which we start again, usually with some minor changes. We are very aware of allergies and food intolerances and we are able to cater for most requirements. We do not use or have any sort of nuts on the premises and can provide dairy, wheat and gluten free meals. We provide hot and cold, meat and vegetarian options each day.

Health & Safety Whilst we are of course conscious of the need for safety, children should be abel to enjoy a wide variety of experiences.
